About the Role
The Arts Club Dubai is seeking an experienced Waiter/Waitress to run a station, take orders, and provide exceptional service in a luxury private members' club. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Run a station during allocated schedule, including taking orders and looking after food and beverage service
- Promote sales and build good relationships with members and guests
- Liaise with the kitchen on order taking, stock levels and special requests
- Ensure up selling opportunities for cocktails, wine, sake and other beverages
- Handle minor complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure crockery, cutlery and equipment are prepared and available
- Keep food and beverage wastage to a minimum
- Ensure the Lounge area is clean and presentable throughout opening times
- Monitor daily checklist and complete opening and closing duties
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurant
- Excellent level of English, written and spoken
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility
- Excellent team management, communication and listening skills
- Ability to work long shifts and stand for extended periods

About Us
- The Arts Club Dubai is located in the heart of the DIFC, set over four floors and totaling 65,000 square feet.
- It is the first international outpost of the celebrated private members’ club established in 1863 in Mayfair, London.
What Will You Do
- Run a station during allocated schedule, including taking orders and looking after food and beverage service.
- Promote sales and build up good relationship with members and guests.
- Liaise with the kitchen on order taking, stock levels and any special requests.
- Ensure up selling opportunities for cocktails, wine, sake and other beverages.
- Handle minor complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure that all crockery, cutlery and equipment are prepared and available.
- Be efficient in keeping food and beverage wastage to a minimum.
- Ensure that the Lounge area is clean and presentable throughout opening times.
- Monitor the daily checklist and ensure all opening and closing duties are completed.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in same or similar role in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurant.
- Excellent level of English, written and spoken.
- Desirable knowledge of cocktails.
- Knowledge of Food and Beverage applications.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with a high degree of flexibility.
- Excellent team management, communication and listening skills.
- Demonstrate integrity in all dealings and maintain high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to work long shifts and stand for extended periods.
