About the Role
Taurani Holdings LLC is seeking a Melting/Furnace Operator in Abu Dhabi to set up, monitor, and control melting furnaces for metal processing. Responsibilities include loading materials, monitoring temperature, alloy mixing, skimming, safety compliance, and quality control.

- Set up, monitor, and control the operation of melting furnaces
- Load raw materials such as scrap metal, ingots, or alloys into the furnace
- Monitor and regulate temperature, pressure, and other conditions within the furnace
- Add specific alloys or additives to achieve desired quality and composition
- Remove impurities, slag, and other unwanted materials from molten metal
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Identify and address issues or malfunctions in the melting process
- Maintain accurate records of the melting process
- Ensure melted metal meets specified quality and composition requirements
- Cooperate with other team members for smooth operation
- Perform routine maintenance on melting equipment
Requirements
- Experience in operating melting furnaces
- Ability to load raw materials and measure accurately
- Knowledge of temperature and pressure regulation
- Ability to perform alloy mixing and skimming
- Understanding of safety protocols and environmental regulations

Responsibilities
- Operating Melting Furnaces: setting up, monitoring, and controlling operation
