Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision makers, and purchasing departments in hospitals and clinics
- Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of medical devices and pharmaceuticals
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
- Provide comprehensive product training and support to customers
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather customer feedback and contribute to product development initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software
- Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote products and expand customer base
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in medical or pharmaceutical sales
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare industry trends, and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to travel extensively within Qatar

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to develop effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather valuable customer feedback and contribute to product development initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software
- Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our products and expand our customer base
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and company policies in sales practices
- Analyze market data and customer needs to identify potential growth areas and optimize sales strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in medical or pharmaceutical sales
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare industry trends, and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long term client relationships
- Proficiency in negotiation and persuasion techniques
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM software and ability to leverage technology in sales processes
- In depth knowledge of medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology products
- Willingness to travel extensively within Qatar
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and customer insights
