Major Accountabilities

  • Drive competitive sales growth by identifying and prioritizing high potential customers.
  • Engage in value based conversations to understand customer challenges and personalize engagement journeys.
  • Build relationships with opinion leaders and top medical influencers.
  • Gather insights on customer business and translate feedback into actions.
  • Collaborate compliantly with cross functional teams to design solutions.
  • Act with integrity and honesty, living by Sandoz Code of Ethics.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

  • Based in Jeddah.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Saudi market in pharmaceutical sales.
  • Experience in private sector.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
  • Strong selling competencies and proven sales performance track record.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Very good command of Arabic and English.
