Medical Representative – UAE

Role Overview

Anesthesia and Hospital Division

• Promote and generate demand for Sugammadex Injection across the UAE.
• Build relationships with anesthesiologists, ICU specialists, hospital pharmacies, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
• Manage government and private hospital accounts.
• Drive product listings, formulary inclusion, new-product launches, sales targets, and territory objectives.
• Monitor market trends and prepare sales reports and customer records.

Diabetes Division

• Promote Vildagliptin and Metformin products to healthcare professionals.
• Build relationships with diabetologists, endocrinologists, internal medicine specialists, clinics, pharmacies, and key accounts.
• Generate prescriptions, achieve sales targets, develop accounts, and support product listings and launches.
• Conduct customer visits, provide product information, monitor competitors, and prepare territory reports.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant pharmaceutical sales experience in the UAE.
• Experience as a Medical Representative or Pharmaceutical Sales Representative.
• Existing relationships with government and private healthcare accounts across the UAE.
• Track record in product launches, product listings, prescription generation, and sales growth.
• Ability to manage territories, key accounts, and sales targets independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and business-development abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in anesthesia, hospital products, diabetes, endocrinology, or related specialties is highly preferred.
• A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
• An established UAE healthcare network is an advantage.

• The job location is the UAE.
