- Engage primary care healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles
- Work with Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals
- Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed expectations
- Develop and maintain in depth knowledge of the market, demographic, and managed market information relative to assigned territory
- Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals and distribution of samples
- Ensure excellent medical knowledge and promotional skills related to disease area and product
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science
- Up to 3 years of experience
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Comprehensive understanding of the commercial pharmaceutical marketplace
- Proven Project Management skills
- Outstanding selling skills
- Expertise in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Planning and organization skills
- Impactful presentation skills
- Fluency in English

Job Description
- This position is primarily responsible for positively influencing customers’ prescribing behaviour to achieve sales targets, develop territory and build strong customer relationships.
- Objective: maximizing sales volume and market share of designated products in a given territory in compliance with AZ CO.
Typical Accountabilities
- Engage primary care healthcare professionals in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on label prescribing for appropriate patients.
- Work with Sales Manager to develop a local strategy and business plan to meet or exceed sales and call execution goals in the territory.
- Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
- Develop and maintain in depth knowledge of the market, demographic, and managed market’s information relative to assigned sales territory.
- Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.
- Ensure excellent medical knowledge and promotional skills related to his/her disease area and product.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science.
- Up to 3 years of experience.
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of the commercial pharmaceutical marketplace.

- Outstanding selling skills.
