• We are looking for a **compassionate, sincere, and reliable Medical Receptionist** to join our dedicated team at *The Hundred Wellness Centre*.
• The ideal candidate embodies warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for supporting others on their wellness journey.

• Willing to undergo a mandatory 7 DAY TRIAL period
• Mandatory customer service experience
• Location: Jumiera 1 (make sure you can commute to our location)
• Contract duration: 2 years
• Opening hours: 7 am - 8 pm
• 9 working hours one hour lunch break
• Agree to work in shifts morning, mid and evening assigned weekly.
• Days off: Friday & another day assigned weekly.
• Health Insurance provided
• 30 day annual leave
• No air plane ticket provided only at the end of the contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome all clients/patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general inquiries
• Respond to clients’/patients’ emails and follow up on wellness inquiries
• Support clients/patients with appointment bookings and scheduling
• Prepare invoices and insurance claim forms; handle payments efficiently
• Manage and update clients’/patients’ records through our data entry system
• Support daily coordination of doctors’ and instructors’ schedules
• Update and maintain weekly class schedules
• Monitor and manage office supply inventory
• Provide exceptional front-desk and client/patient service experience
• Guide clients/patients in using the Body Composition Analysis machine
• Assist clients/patients with use of the infrared sauna
• Receive payments, print credit card reports, and close petty cash at the end of the day
• Handle client/patient feedback with care and escalate concerns when needed
• Carry out additional administrative tasks as required
