- Handle incoming calls and respond to general inquiries
- Manage emails and follow up on wellness related requests
- Coordinate appointments and scheduling efficiently
- Prepare invoices, insurance forms, and process payments
- Maintain accurate client/patient records
- Support scheduling for doctors and instructors
- Update and manage weekly class schedules
- Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory
- Guide clients in using Body Composition Analysis machine
- Assist clients with infrared sauna experience
- Manage daily financial tasks (payments, reports, petty cash)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years customer service experience
- Tagalog language proficiency
- Reliable commute to Jumeirah 1
- Flexibility for rotational shifts

Role Overview
- The Hundred Wellness Centre is looking for a compassionate, sincere, and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our dedicated team.
- You will be the first point of contact for our clients and patients, creating a welcoming and seamless experience.
Important Information (Non Negotiable)
- We strictly adhere to UAE Labour Law.
- Please submit your CV with a recent professional photo.
- Willingness to complete a mandatory 7 day trial period.
- Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Location: Jumeirah 1 (please ensure you can reliably commute).
- Contract duration: 2 years.
- Working hours: 9 hours per day (including 1 hour break).
- Operating hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
- Must be flexible to work rotational shifts (morning, mid, evening – assigned weekly).
- Days off: Friday + 1 additional day (assigned weekly).
- Health insurance provided.
- 30 days annual leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.

- Coordinate appointments and scheduling efficiently.

- Support scheduling for doctors and instructors.
- Update and manage weekly class schedules.
- Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Deliver an exceptional front desk experience at all times.
- Guide clients in using the Body Composition Analysis machine.
- Assist clients with the infrared sauna experience.

Compensation
