- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Handle incoming calls and respond to general inquiries
- Manage emails and follow up on wellness related requests
- Coordinate appointments and scheduling efficiently
- Prepare invoices, insurance forms, and process payments
- Maintain accurate client/patient records within our system
- Support scheduling for doctors and instructors
- Update and manage weekly class schedules
- Monitor office supplies and maintain inventory
- Deliver an exceptional front desk experience at all times
- Guide clients in using the Body Composition Analysis machine
- Assist clients with the infrared sauna experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Fluency in Tagalog

About the Role
- At The Hundred Wellness Centre, we are looking for a compassionate, sincere, and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our dedicated team
- This role is ideal for someone who embodies warmth, professionalism, and a genuine passion for supporting others on their wellness journey
- You will be the first point of contact for our clients and patients, creating a welcoming and seamless experience that reflects our values

- Willingness to complete a mandatory 7 day trial period
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Location: Jumeirah 1 (please ensure you can reliably commute)
- Contract duration: 2 years
- Working hours: 9 hours per day (including 1 hour break)
- Operating hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Must be flexible to work rotational shifts (morning, mid, evening – assigned weekly)
- Days off: Friday + 1 additional day (assigned weekly)
- Health insurance provided
- 30 days annual leave
