- Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly, professional and discreet manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations and patient registrations.
- Handle telephone, email and WhatsApp enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate patient records and ensure accurate administrative documentation.
- Process payments and maintain daily financial records.
- Liaise closely with doctors and nursing staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
- Manage follow up appointments and support patient retention.
- Maintain reception, waiting areas and refreshments to premium hospitality standards.
- Assist with stock ordering and general administrative duties.
- Support the wider clinic team to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Medical Receptionist or Clinic Receptionist
- Previous experience in a specialist medical, dermatology, or aesthetic clinic
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Professional presentation and exceptional customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience using patient management systems or appointment booking software
- Confident using Microsoft Office and WhatsApp Business
- High level of discretion, professionalism and attention to detail

- We are currently recruiting on behalf of S'CLINIC, a newly established specialist dermatology clinic in Downtown Dubai focused on advanced hair restoration and regenerative treatments.
