- Interest in helping build and lead a premium clinical brand in the GCC
- Previous Medical Director or clinical leadership experience is advantageous but not essential

Position Overview
- Lodos Consultancy is recruiting on behalf of an international dermatology and hair restoration group for a Founding Medical Director in Dubai.
- The group has 13 clinics in Europe and is launching its first GCC clinic in Downtown Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Medical Director and Clinical Lead for the Dubai clinic.
- Conduct patient consultations and clinical assessments.
- Approve treatment plans and provide clinical oversight.
- Ensure high standards of patient safety, clinical governance and DHA compliance.
- Support and mentor the nursing team.
- Help establish a culture of clinical excellence and exceptional patient care.
Requirements
- DHA licence as a Specialist Dermatologist is essential.
- Currently based in Dubai or eligible to work in Dubai.
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
- Strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient safety.
- Interest in helping build and lead a premium clinical brand in the GCC.
- Previous Medical Director or clinical leadership experience is advantageous but not essential.
