Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating media productions, including video, photography, and digital content
- Support production schedules, call sheets, and shooting logistics
- Prepare production equipment, props, wardrobe, and studio spaces before filming
- Assist the production team during studio and on location shoots
- Coordinate with makeup artists, photographers, videographers, models, talent, and clients
- Capture behind the scenes content for social media and promotional purposes
- Organize production files, footage, and project documentation
- Help maintain production equipment and ensure all materials are ready for each project
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in media production, photography, video production, events, or a similar creative environment is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when production schedules require
