Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating media productions, including video, photography, and digital content
- Support production schedules, call sheets, and shooting logistics
- Prepare production equipment, props, wardrobe, and studio spaces before filming
- Assist the production team during studio and on location shoots
- Coordinate with makeup artists, photographers, videographers, models, talent, and clients
- Capture behind the scenes content for social media and promotional purposes
- Organize production files, footage, and project documentation
- Help maintain production equipment and ensure all materials are ready for each project
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in media production, photography, video production, events, or similar creative environment (advantage)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- 5 years experience in media relations (required)

Job Overview
- We are seeking a highly organized and creative Media Production Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of media productions. The successful candidate will assist with pre production, production, and post production activities while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating media productions, including video, photography, and digital content.
- Support production schedules, call sheets, and shooting logistics.
- Prepare production equipment, props, wardrobe, and studio spaces before filming.
- Assist the production team during studio and on location shoots.

Qualifications
