- Adapt global campaigns for regional markets while ensuring local relevance and cultural resonance
- Lead planning, activation, optimisation, and reporting of campaigns across paid social, digital media, online video, retail media, and emerging channels
- Manage media budgets, ensuring investment delivers maximum efficiency and return on investment
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise activity using audience insights, platform data, and market trends
- Champion a test and learn approach to continuously improve media performance
- Partner closely with cross functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Define, monitor, and report on campaign KPIs across all media activity
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience in media planning, digital media, or performance marketing
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated media campaigns across the GCC and wider Middle East
- Strong understanding of digital media, paid social, search, online video, retail media, audience planning, and full funnel media strategies
- Experience managing regional media agencies across multiple markets
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

About the Role
- We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded, and data driven Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated media strategies for a leading global consumer brand across the GCC and wider Middle East.
- Working as part of the Marketing team, you will develop digital first, full funnel media strategies that build brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and support commercial growth.
- Partnering closely with Performance Marketing, regional teams, retail partners, and media agencies, you will ensure brand and performance media strategies work together to maximise impact while delivering measurable business results across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Media Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute integrated, digital first media strategies aligned with business objectives, product launches, and commercial priorities across the GCC and wider Middle East.
- Build full funnel media plans across paid social, digital video, search, retail media, online media, and emerging platforms to maximise awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to ensure brand media and performance marketing strategies are aligned, creating a seamless customer journey and maximising campaign effectiveness.
- Adapt global campaigns for regional markets while ensuring local relevance and cultural resonance.
- Identify emerging consumer, media, and platform trends to keep the brand at the forefront of the evolving media landscape.
- Campaign Management & Optimisation: Lead the planning, activation, optimisation, and reporting of campaigns across paid social, digital media, online video, retail media, and emerging channels.
- Manage media budgets, ensuring investment delivers maximum efficiency, effectiveness, and return on investment.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise activity using audience insights, platform data, and market trends.
- Champion a test and learn approach, using campaign learnings to continuously improve media performance.
- Collaboration & Agency Management: Partner closely with Performance Marketing, Marketing, E commerce, Retail, Sales, and regional teams to deliver integrated campaigns that support product launches, commercial objectives, and long term brand growth.
- Build strong relationships with media agencies and external partners to ensure best in class campaign execution.
- Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations, translating data into clear business actions for stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in media planning, digital media, or performance marketing, preferably within consumer, retail, lifestyle, FMCG, or consumer electronics brands.
- Proven experience developing and executing integrated media campaigns across the GCC and wider Middle East.
- Strong understanding of digital media, paid social, search, online video, retail media, audience planning, and full funnel media strategies.
- Experience managing regional media agencies across multiple markets.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights and optimise performance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
