• What youll do
• Review and approve marketing materials for compliance?monthly reports, factsheets, RFPs, website content, social media, partner communications. Ensure accuracy per Derivs policies and applicable regulations.
• Identify disclosure requirements for different marketing activities and jurisdictions. Ensure materials include appropriate disclaimers, risk warnings, and regulatory statements.
• Act as subject matter expert on internal policies and marketing compliance risk mitigation. Advise marketing teams on regulatory boundaries.
• Monitor regulatory developments affecting marketing and advertising. Update stakeholders on new requirements, effective messaging approaches, and required disclaimers.
• Work with content and contracts teams to draft terms and conditions and review commercial communications for regulatory accuracy.
• Provide guidance and training to marketing teams on regulatory requirements and compliant messaging approaches.
• Leverage AI tools to automate compliance reviews and improve workflow efficiency. Identify opportunities to reduce manual content review.
• Who you are
• 3+ years in compliance with focus on marketing compliance, content review, or regulatory advertising. Youve reviewed marketing materials for regulatory accuracy.
• You have legal training or background. Law degree, legal qualification, or some experience working in legal-compliance roles.
• You understand compliance risk management. You know how marketing materials create regulatory exposure and how to mitigate those risks.
• Youre comfortable with AI and automation. You use AI tools or youre ready to learn. You see opportunities to automate compliance reviews.
• You manage multiple priorities. You review high volumes of marketing materials, handle competing deadlines, and deliver timely approvals.
• You communicate clearly across teams. You explain regulatory requirements to creative teams and work collaboratively to find compliant solutions. Strong English.
