About the Role
Madre Integrated Engineering is hiring a Mechanical Technician for rotating and static equipment maintenance in power generation, desalination, or oil & gas sectors. Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance on mechanical equipment to maximize plant reliability, availability, and operational efficiency
- Diagnose mechanical faults, troubleshoot equipment failures and carry out timely repairs to minimize plant downtime
- Execute maintenance work orders using CMMS while ensuring compliance with OEM specifications, maintenance procedures and quality standards
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies, Permit to Work systems, safety procedures and safe use of tools and equipment during all maintenance activities

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years' experience in mechanical maintenance within power generation, desalination, utilities, heavy industry, or oil & gas sectors
- Hands on experience maintaining rotating and static equipment, including gas turbine and multi stage desalination plant systems
- Proficient in preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and CMMS
- Certified or trained in First Aid, Emergency Fire Fighting, and knowledgeable in Permit to Work (PTW), HSE procedures

Qualifications
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Must have at least 3 years' experience in mechanical maintenance within power generation, desalination, utilities, heavy industry, or oil & gas sectors.
- Hands on experience maintaining rotating and static equipment, including exposure to Gas Turbine and multi stage desalination plant systems.
- Proficient in preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting and CMMS, following OEM maintenance standards.
- Certified or trained in First Aid, Emergency Fire Fighting, and knowledgeable in Permit to Work (PTW), HSE procedures, plant isolation, and safe work practices.
