Role Overview
9E Global is seeking a Mechanical Inspector - Site to join its built-environment team.
The role focuses on HVAC inspection, construction supervision, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in mechanical or building-services engineering is required.
- At least 10 years of construction-supervision experience with a consultancy is required.
Project Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections of HVAC installations.
- Review drawings, material submittals, and method statements for compliance with project specifications.
- Attend contractor Inspection Requests and verify completed works.
- Identify defects, non-conformities, and quality issues and issue NCRs and other reports.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project managers.
- Maintain site records, inspection reports, and progress documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and UAE authority regulations.
Engineering Responsibilities
- Review and comment on engineer and technician deliverables at key project stages.
