The role supports mechanical and electrical equipment installation, operation, inspection, maintenance, testing, and commissioning.
The position is suitable for an entry-level mechanical or electrical engineering profile.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the installation, operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical or electrical equipment.
- Assist senior engineers with preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report faults or abnormalities.
- Support troubleshooting and basic technical problem-solving.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and technical documentation.
- Read and understand basic engineering drawings, layouts, and equipment manuals.
- Coordinate with maintenance, production, and other technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with company HSE and safety procedures.
- Participate in equipment testing, commissioning, and improvement activities.
- Prepare basic reports and update maintenance or engineering records.
Preferred Mechanical Knowledge
- Knowledge of pumps, compressors, motors, and rotating equipment is preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance is preferred.
- Knowledge of mechanical drawings is preferred.
- Knowledge of basic hydraulics and pneumatics is preferred.
Preferred Electrical Knowledge
- Knowledge of electrical panels and distribution systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of motors, transformers, and switchgear is preferred.
- Knowledge of LV electrical systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting is preferred.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings and basic control systems is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Mechanical or electrical maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment inspection are preferred.
- Engineering drawings, AutoCAD, MS Office, HSE, technical documentation, and equipment maintenance are preferred.
