Overview
We are looking for
Mechanical Draftsman to join our team.
Scope (Brief Description Of Overall Responsibility)
- Prepare P&I.D and GA drawing in consultation with Process/ Piping engineer
- Prepare all detailed drawing for mechanical assembly and support systems
- Receive and file all E&I and System drawings from E&I / System Engineer
- Responsible for the control and issue of all engineering drawings related to the metering department in coordination with the Senior Project Engineer.
- Maintain proper filing system for hard and soft copies of all engineering drawings for the department.
- Maintain drawing issue sheet
- Proficient in AutoPLANT 3D, CADWorx, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.TEKLA Navis , STD ,SP3D
- Familiar with ADNOC drawing specification.
- Prepare structural schedules and structural support drawings as per standards.
- Design junction boxes supports and cable routing layouts.
- Verify coordination with E&I equipment in General Arrangement Drawings (GAD).
- Prepare fabrication-level drawings including isometrics and weld maps, etc.
- Identify clashes and support to resolve design conflicts.
- Prepare pipeline lists.
- Submit drawings in accordance with project formats and procedures.
- Review and update vendor General Arrangement drawings ( VALVES , ACTUATORS , STRAINERS , FLOW METERS )
- Verify the BOQ of the pipes , fittings , structures and supports are in line with drawings
- Able to understand structural and stress analysis comments and reflect the same in the drawings
- Participate in model review sessions with the end user .
