Role Overview
Universal BIM & CAD Technical Services LLC is hiring an experienced Mechanical Draftsman to support UAE construction projects.
The role requires strong knowledge of all mechanical services.
Job Details
- The role is full-time.
- Three to five years of UAE experience is requested.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed mechanical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare shop and construction drawings for HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, drainage, and other mechanical services.
- Develop plans, sections, elevations, and installation details.
- Coordinate mechanical drawings with architectural, structural, and other MEP services.
- Review drawings and implement consultant and site comments.
- Prepare and update as-built drawings.
- Ensure drawings meet project specifications and UAE requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, BIM teams, consultants, and site teams.
Candidate Profile
- Three to five years of relevant UAE experience.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience in multiple mechanical and MEP services.
