Role Overview
Electrical BIM Modeler role supporting UAE construction projects.
The role requires hands-on knowledge of multiple electrical services and BIM coordination.
Employment and Joining
- The job type is full-time.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed electrical BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Model lighting, power distribution, small power, cable containment, LV, earthing, lightning protection, fire alarm, and ELV systems.
- Develop electrical, generator, transformer, and substation room layouts.
- Prepare coordinated BIM models, shop drawings, construction documentation, and as-built models.
- Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
- Coordinate electrical services with mechanical, architectural, and structural disciplines.
- Resolve clashes and constructability issues before site execution.
- Incorporate consultant comments, coordination changes, and site requirements into models.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Maintain model information, families, parameters, levels, drawing outputs, and compliance with project standards.
