A confidential company is seeking a Mechanical BIM Modeler to create and maintain accurate BIM models, collaborate with coordinators and engineers, support clash detection, and ensure compliance with BIM standards.

- Create and maintain accurate BIM model disciplines, ensuring compliance with company standards and ISO 19650
- Collaborate with BIM Coordinators, engineers, contractors to resolve design conflicts
- Ensure models adhere to BIM standards and project requirements
- Support clash detection activities using Navisworks or similar tools
- Ensure models comply with LOD requirements and BEP guidelines
- Assist in preparing quantity take offs (QTO) when required
- Maintain proper version control, file management, and model documentation
- Generate drawings, schedules, quantities, and reports from BIM models
- Update models based on design changes and coordination feedback

- Assist in preparing quantity take offs (QTO) when required.
- Maintain proper version control, file management, and model documentation.
- Generate drawings, schedules, quantities, and reports from BIM models are required.
- Update models based on design changes, and coordination feedback.
