- Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.

- Participate in compliance inspection continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Drill holes, install fasteners, rout and trim parts, and apply primers and sealants.
- Understand and follow detailed instructions.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings
- Experience with hand tools, electrical tools, and measuring equipment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours per day

Job Overview
- Collins Aerospace is looking to fill several Mechanical Assembler I positions supporting the OEM facility.
- The role involves building critical components for A320 NEO aircraft technology.
What You Will Do
- Assemble equipment and products according to engineering specification changes.
- Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
- Maintain inventory of product in workstations.
- Perform quality work checks, identify product defects and record identified defects.
- Participate in compliance inspection continuous improvement activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Drill holes, install fasteners, rout and trim parts, and apply primers and sealants.
- Understand and follow detailed instructions.
- Lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
- Able to work in a standing position up to a minimum of 8 hours per day.
Qualifications
- Typically requires HS diploma or equivalent.
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings preferred.
- Experience with hand tools, electrical tools, hand cutters, measuring equipment preferred.
- Self directed and action oriented with ability to work in a team environment.
- Relevant manufacturing, assembly, or construction experience preferred.
