Responsibilities
- Perform repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of TRS equipment and rental assets.
- Inspect equipment for wear, damage, and serviceability to ensure operational readiness.
- Install, replace, and recondition mechanical components and repair parts.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
- Operate lifting equipment and material handling devices safely.
- Perform basic fabrication, cutting, and welding activities when required.
- Support TRS operational teams by ensuring equipment availability and reliability.
Requirements
- Technical diploma, vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent mechanical training
- Minimum 3 years of mechanical maintenance or equipment repair experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
- Proficient in English (read/write/comprehend)
- Basic computer literacy
- Counterbalance forklift operating certification preferred
- Overhead crane certification preferred

Overview
- Responsible for repair, installation, adjustment, inspection, and maintenance of industrial machinery and TRS equipment.
- Ensures equipment is maintained per OEM specifications, company procedures, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Adhere to all company safety, security, compliance, and environmental policies.
- Promote a culture of safety.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with Quality Management System.
- Perform repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of TRS equipment.
- Inspect equipment for wear, damage, and serviceability.
- Install, replace, and recondition mechanical components.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records.
- Apply quality assurance processes.
- Operate lifting equipment and material handling devices safely.
- Conduct routine inspections of cranes, forklifts, etc.
- Perform basic fabrication, cutting, and welding.
Qualifications
- Technical diploma, vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years mechanical maintenance or equipment repair experience.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.
- Proficient in English.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ability to learn JD Edwards or similar systems.
- Working knowledge of mechanical maintenance principles.
- Basic understanding of electronic systems and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of hydraulic systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
