Requirements
- Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline)
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, including hands on maintenance and repair
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a repair and maintenance, workshop, or field service environment
- Strong knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems
- Ability to diagnose complex equipment failures and implement corrective actions
- Understanding of hazardous materials, radioactive sources, explosives, NDT/NDE processes, and ATEX requirements
- Strong troubleshooting, fault finding, and monitoring capabilities
- Critical thinking, analytical problem solving, and decision making skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals, schematics, and procedures
- Effective leadership and team management capabilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Overview
- The Repair & Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the inspection, testing, qualification, repair, and maintenance of field tools and equipment.
- The role ensures effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance, retrofits, and upgrades across electronic, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and data acquisition systems, including downhole tools.
- The supervisor leads maintenance activities, supervises workshop operations, assigns priorities, and ensures compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and operational requirements.
