About the Role
Weatherford is seeking a semi entry-level Capillary Assistant Operator to support capillary operations in a demanding field environment. The role involves loading equipment, assisting with inspections, rig up/down activities, and maintaining safety standards.

- Load and offload equipment under supervision for mobilization and demobilization
- Assist with pre job inspections and basic equipment maintenance
- Support spooling related tasks in the yard and field
- Assist with spotting equipment and skids
- Participate in rig up and rig down activities with the crew
- Maintain housekeeping standards and keep the worksite organized
- Record test parameters and pressure values accurately
- Actively participate in pre job safety meetings, JSAs, and toolbox talks
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the oilfield, preferably in coiled tubing (capillary experience is a strong advantage)
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
- IWCF or IADC WIPC Level 1 certification preferred; willingness to pursue certification is mandatory
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

Job Overview
- The Capillary Assistant Operator is a semi entry level crew member who supports the team during capillary operations. This is a hands on role requiring a physically fit, safety conscious individual who is eager to learn and capable of working in a demanding field environment.
