Job Purpose
Provide necessary support to the estimation department in preparing estimates for tender submission.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
- Examine tender drawings to determine material quantities and prepare bills of quantities when the client does not provide one.
- Verify client-provided bills of quantities and ensure all items are measured and captured.
- Identify subcontract elements and issue enquiries to obtain quotations.
- Assist in preparing tender documents and bills in CCS format.
- Compile drawings, bills of quantities, and other tender documents for timely submission.
- Support the estimation department in smooth and timely tender processing.
Skills and Experience
- Around 1–3 years of experience in construction or interior fit-out.
