Role Overview
Coordinate design intent and specifications with clients, external consultants, and Project Managers through project handover.
Support design planning and delivery for assigned building and interior fit-out projects.
Functional Roles and Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients, consultants, landlords, and managers to deliver complete and accurate design information on time.
- Assist with design and detailed development, monitor progress, and suggest design amendments or improvements.
- Ensure deliverables, variations, adjustments, and supporting documentation are accurate and timely.
- Review client manuals and project applications and ensure compliance on site.
- Coordinate with site teams and provide additional design information during project development and execution.
- Conduct regular site visits, compliance checks, and design review reporting.
- Advise the Project Manager on complaints, design errors, project problems, and required site changes.
- Provide regular project progress reports to the Project Manager.
Education and Experience
- A degree in Architecture is required.
- Good knowledge of preparing concept and detail drawings and designs is required.
- Two to three years of experience operating AutoCAD is required.
- Experience in interior fit-out projects is preferred.
