Job Purpose
To coordinate with the clients, external consultants and Project Managers to check and ensure that all design intent and specifications are adhered till handover of the project.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients, consultants, landlords, and ATG Managers
- Assist in design and detailed development of projects
- Monitor progress and offer design suggestions
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of design deliverables
- Conduct site visits for observations and compliance checks
- Advise the Project Manager on project issues
- Provide regular project progress reports to Project Manager
Skills and Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in AutoCAD
- Degree in Architecture
- Knowledge of preparing Concept/Detail drawings and designs
- Experience in interior fit out projects
