ME HR Services Specialist

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and offboarding across the UAE and KSA, including welcome calls, documentation, system setup, employee queries, and compliant exits.
• Monitor labor cards, exit and re-entry permits, and similar government documentation, coordinating renewals with agencies and service providers.
• Administer pension and social insurance enrollment, contributions, reconciliation, records, and statutory compliance.
• Review HR Shared Services Center transactional support, provide guidance and coaching, and monitor service levels and quality.
• Manage employee queries, data, transfers, letters, records, reporting, operational metrics, audits, and internal controls.
• Coordinate with People functions, Payroll, Finance, employees, managers, and vendors to resolve HR matters.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, digitize, and automate HR Services processes.
