- Take ownership of marketing operations, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and events
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high quality marketing initiatives
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking to keep projects on track
- Support the organization of engaging events, including logistics and on site coordination
- Work with agencies and vendors to deliver marketing materials aligned with brand standards
- Maintain and support marketing campaigns in SFDC, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Be the go to person for keeping projects organized, timelines aligned, and stakeholders informed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 1 2 years of directly related experience
- Proven experience working on events and marketing operations in a complex, multi stakeholder environment
- Oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic is mandatory
- Efficient at managing competing demands including prioritization, responsiveness and keeping others informed
- Effective stakeholder management skills – internal and external
- Solid problem solving ability and ability to manage details
- High sense of accountability for one’s tasks and can do attitude with appropriate sense of urgency
- Budget management experience
- Team player
- Customer focused
