Description
- This role will focus on expanding the iTero business in Saudi Arabia by building strong relationships with existing and new dental customers, driving digital adoption, and supporting clinics throughout their commercial and clinical journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish account relationships with current doctors and actively grow the business by adding new customers to the portfolio.
- Conduct market assessment and research to define opportunities for growth within the Saudi market including account profiling and customer segmentation and targeting.
- Identify and assess potential of new customers and accounts.
- Support partners with conferences, account development, training needs.
- Develop and implement partner, doctor and account specific growth plans that support practice digitization.
- Implement the Align digital platform and workflow across the practice and drive adoption of digital tools.
- Grow a portfolio focusing on the Align Digital Platform and Intraoral scanners including the planning and execution of new product launches.
- Support the business and clinical development journey of customers.
- Manage accounts in KSA, monitor business performance and market trends, reporting regularly to the GCC Area Sales Manager.
- Achieve sales objectives and targets with a growth and results orientated mindset.
- Collaborate cross functionally with key functions internally and across multiple stakeholders in clinics.
- Be a true team player, participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
