Responsibilities
- Conduct field visits independently at least 70% of the time
- Provide clinical support and education to orthodontists and dentists in private clinics, DSO organizations, and universities
- Develop peer to peer relationships with HCPs, teaching treatment planning and new digital workflows
- Provide coaching to HCPs to become educators to their peers
- Plan and execute interactive roundtables with customers to drive case discussion and peer to peer networking
- Work cross functionally to execute and coordinate Align educational programs and support business goals
- Teach and mentor L4 & L5 clinical specialists
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives for the assigned territory
- Plan visits and group sessions independently based on BRs with general supervision
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or master’s degree in dentistry or orthodontics
- Typically 4 6 years of directly related experience
- Proficient negotiation, challenger approach, and didactical/presentation/facilitator skills
- Ability to train medical staff in using the product effectively
- Native Arabic speaking, good English writing and speaking
- KSA resident with transferable Iqama preferred

Description
- As a Clinical Liaison field based, you will be the first point of contact for dentists and orthodontists in your region (KSA) and be responsible for clinical education, communication, and support of both external and internal customers.
- Your mission is to provide customers the best clinical education and help them to become expert on Invisalign technique, increasing their clinical confidence.
- You will be travelling around the designated area to visit doctors in their clinical practices to improve their knowledge about the Invisalign technic.
What Will You Do
- Conduct field visits independently at least 70% of the time
- Provide clinical support & education to orthodontists, dentists in private clinics as well as might do within DSO organizations and Universities
- Develop peer to peer relationships with HCP’s, teaching them treatment planning and new digital workflows within our ADP
- Provide coaching to HCP’s to become educators to their peers
- Plans & executes interactive roundtables with customers to drive case discussion & peer to peer networking / learning
- Work cross functionally to execute & coordinate Align educational programs and supports the achievement of predefined business goals
- Contribute independently. May contribute through others on key projects
- Can teach & mentor L4 & L5 clinical specialists and share experiences with others with the potential to support the business
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives for the assigned territory
- Plan visits & group sessions independently and timely based on BR’s with general supervision and alignment with the sales team. Recommends new approaches and seeks for opportunities to enhance HCP’s learning curve and digital workflows adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or may have a master’s degree from a four year college or university (dentistry or Orthodontist).
- Typically has 4 6 years of directly related experience. Possess proficient negotiation, challenger approach as well as didactical/presentation and facilitator skills.
- Has the ability to train medical staff in using the product effectively
- Native Arabic speaking, Good English, writing and speaking.
- KSA resident with transferable Iqama is preferred.
