Job Description for Teacher

- Ensure children are safe and well cared for at all times
- Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons
- Ensure effective communication and direct work of others
- Lead CAS activities and participate in staff training

- Engage with school community through newsletters, reporting, etc.
- Participate in performance management process
- Ensure teaching and learning are of highest standard and personalised
- Ensure curriculum is inclusive and learner led
- Communicate with families about learning and other issues
