Develop and maintain automated replenishment tools using production demand, historical consumption, supplier lead times, safety stock, and min/max parameters to identify raw materials requiring replenishment and reduce dependence on manual reorder monitoring. 2. Material Consumption & Exception Monitoring
Monitor actual raw-material consumption against BOM requirements, production output, and expected usage. Develop exception reporting to identify abnormal consumption, shortages, excess usage, transaction gaps, and potential inventory discrepancies requiring investigation. 3. Non-Conforming Raw Material Control
Own the tracking and coordination process for non-conforming raw materials from initial identification through final disposition. Partner with QA and other stakeholders to drive timely decisions for Hold, Release, Return to Vendor, Rework, or Scrap.

Develop and maintain a material-hold aging report or dashboard. Follow up with responsible functions on outstanding materials, escalate aging items, and drive open non-conforming material cases to closure to prevent unnecessary inventory accumulation. 5. ERP Material Process Improvement
Review raw-material transactions and workflows within Oracle ERP and identify opportunities to improve receiving, transfers, quality holds, releases, returns, adjustments, scrap, and material movement between sub-inventories.
Partner with appropriate teams to improve transaction discipline and reduce manual or duplicate processes. 6. Materials Control Dashboards & Analytics
Develop automated dashboards and reporting for key material-control indicators, including:
Materials approaching reorder points
Projected shortages
Excess inventory
Consumption versus BOM
Inventory exceptions
Non-conforming material aging
Open material dispositions
Supplier lead-time risk
Raw-material availability against the production plan 7. Process Automation & Continuous Improvement
Use Excel, Python, automation tools, and ERP data to eliminate repetitive manual tasks, automate reporting and alerts, improve data accuracy, and create scalable materials-control processes.
Identify processes currently dependent on spreadsheets, emails, or manual follow-up and recommend opportunities for automation. 8. Cross-Functional Materials Coordination
Serve as a coordination point between Supply Chain, QA, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Engineering, and Procurement for material-control issues that could impact production.
Drive assigned material issues to resolution by establishing clear ownership, due dates, escalation paths, and documented closure.
