CFO

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key member of Suniva's executive leadership team, responsible for directing the company's overall financial strategy, planning, and risk management as Suniva scales domestic solar cell manufacturing operations. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board of Directors, investors, and lenders, the CFO will oversee accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury, tax, financial reporting, and internal controls, while playing a central role in capital raising, banking relationships, and strategic decision-making during a period of significant growth and facility expansion.

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board, providing financial insight and analysis to guide business decisions, capital allocation, and long-term planning.
• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with operational goals, including capacity expansion (e.g., the Laurens, SC facility) and production ramp-up milestones.
• Represent Suniva in relationships with lenders, investors, auditors, and other external financial stakeholders.
• Present financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors and investors.
