Responsibilities
- Receive TPI packages from Buyers and check completeness against standard requirements
- Verify manufacturer details in SAP IFS and update if missing
- Generate TPI assignment documents and transmit to TPI agency
- Follow up with manufacturers for drawings, ITPs, QCPs, and procedures
- Verify TPI reports for correctness, inspection hours, and mileage
- Ensure SAP IFS is updated with TPI report data for invoicing
- Verify TPI release notes and final certification against PO requirements
- Prepare summary for Liquidated Damages issues as per buyer requests
- Submit weekly and monthly reports to Sr. Materials Engineer
Requirements
- Experience in materials inspection and TPI activities
- Proficiency in SAP IFS for inspection follow up
- Knowledge of purchase order requirements and documentation
