Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (preferred) or Civil Engineering from a recognized university
- 5–10 years of experience in materials engineering, construction materials, or related technical roles within the construction industry
- Strong understanding of architectural materials, finishes, specifications, and performance requirements
- Experience in material selection, testing, evaluation, and QA/QC processes
- Knowledge of international standards, building codes, and specifications related to construction materials and architectural systems
- Familiarity with sustainable materials, green building practices, and innovative façade and finishing solutions
- Strong analytical and technical skills with attention to detail in material performance and application
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, technical specifications, and laboratory test reports
- Good communication and coordination skills with multidisciplinary design and engineering teams
- Professional certifications in architecture, materials, or QA/QC are an advantage

Qualifications
