- Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and amenities.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust assigned areas.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items.
- Replenish housekeeping supplies and guest amenities.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Respond to guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure rooms meet cleanliness and quality standards before occupancy.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good physical fitness and attention to detail
- Basic communication skills in English (and local language if required)
