- Create purchase requisitions based on demand projections
- Analyse supply trends and customer demands to maintain inventory schedule
- Conduct inventory checks to validate accuracy against target levels
- Monitor materials flow to identify bottlenecks and forecast problems
- Utilise SAP planning system to generate demand and maintain accurate process flow
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on materials updates
- Prepare and provide regular statistical reports to key stakeholders
- Implement processes to agreed standards and suggest continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3 5 years experience in material planning and scheduling multiple projects
- Experienced in using SAP software
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, engineering, or supply chain management
- 4+ years of industry and regional experience in planning and scheduling multiple projects (preferred)

About The Role
- The Material Planner ensures supply of materials meets production schedule and minimum stock levels.
- Responsible to plan and monitor materials using production plans and manage efficient flow of inventory.

- Creating PRs based on demand projections.
- Analyse supply trends and customer demands to create and maintain inventory schedule.
- Conduct inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy.
- Monitor materials flow to identify bottlenecks and forecast problems.
- Utilise SAP planning system to generate demand and maintain accurate process flow.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and provide regular statistical reports.
- Implement processes to agreed standards and suggest continuous improvement.
Basic Qualifications
- 3 5 years experience in material planning and scheduling multiple projects.
- Experienced in using SAP software.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, engineering, or supply chain management.
Preferred Qualification
- 4+ years of industry and regional related experience in planning and scheduling multiple projects.
