Role Overview
The role supports material receiving, inspection documentation, inventory records, site administration, supplier coordination, and project reporting.
The position coordinates with site teams, engineers, inspectors, suppliers, subcontractors, and project managers.
Work Arrangement
- The posting states that the role is part-time and fully remote in the United Arab Emirates.
Material and Site Administration
- Maintain records of delivered materials, quantities, specifications, batch numbers, serial numbers, delivery dates, and material status.
- Check delivery documentation against approved purchase orders, delivery notes, packing lists, and material requirements.
- Assist qualified inspectors and engineers with material verification and inspection records.
- Maintain material logs, stock records, inspection trackers, project spreadsheets, and organized project files.
- Support material identification, labeling, location records, stock reconciliation, and movement tracking.
Coordination and Reporting
- Coordinate delivery schedules, inspection requirements, approvals, certificates, corrective actions, and outstanding issues with suppliers and project personnel.
