Role Overview
Support EV charging-station operations, maintenance coordination, customer-service requests, station records, scheduling, reporting, and administrative activities.
Coordinate between customers, technicians, vendors, property teams, network operators, and internal operations to support dependable charging services.
The role is part-time and fully remote within the United Arab Emirates.
Operations and Service Coordination
- Monitor station availability, operational alerts, service requests, reported faults, and system status through approved platforms.
- Receive and track customer reports involving charging failures, payment issues, connectivity problems, or station availability.
- Coordinate maintenance visits, inspections, repairs, testing, technical support, technician schedules, site access, and customer appointments.
- Escalate equipment faults, safety concerns, and technical issues to qualified technicians or service providers.
- Follow up on service tickets, replacement parts, repairs, inspections, and corrective actions.
Records, Reporting, and Suppliers
- Maintain records of stations, chargers, equipment, service history, incidents, repairs, warranties, specifications, and maintenance requirements.
