The Role
Coordinate hospitality operations, support service teams, and maintain consistent standards across guest experiences.
Oversee workflows, monitor service performance, coordinate partners, and help resolve operational issues efficiently.
The position is part-time and fully remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee hospitality operations and ensure daily activities meet service standards.
- Coordinate teams, schedules, workloads, and operational priorities.
- Monitor guest experience, service quality, and operational performance.
- Support staff with guidance, problem-solving, and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, hospitality partners, and internal departments.
- Review guest feedback and identify service-delivery improvements.
- Manage operational issues, escalations, and service recovery.
- Monitor KPIs, costs, resources, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain operational records, reports, procedures, and service documentation.
- Lead or support initiatives that improve guest satisfaction and productivity.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Business, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
