- Load, unload, move, and stage materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Deliver raw materials and components to production lines in a timely manner.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, inspect for damage, and report discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with regular cycle counts and physical inventory.
- Properly store materials following safety and organizational guidelines.
- Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Operate equipment safely and comply with all safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and documentation of finished products.
- Communicate effectively with production staff, supervisors, and other departments.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
- Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.
