Material Agreement Analyst

Job Purpose

Tendering and Procurement

• Contribute to material agreement tendering and contract compliance for material availability requirements.
• Support invitations to tender, evaluations, and subsequent procurement agreement contract awards.
• Complete assigned agreements against objectives, KPIs, quality standards, and designated timelines.

Contract Administration

• Administer relevant agreements and monitor supplier material delivery against availability metrics.
• Ensure contract terms, conditions, and scope comply with QatarEnergy LNG interests.

Material Availability

• Coordinate with expediting teams and external material vendors, packers, and freight forwarders.
• Track material availability performance against end-user demand requirements.

Analysis and Improvement

• Provide historical material demand, spend, and purchasing trends to identify buying and cost optimization opportunities.
• Analyze applicable processes and identify business improvement opportunities for end users and stakeholders.

Controls and Audits

• Support peer reviews, internal and external audits, and other material agreement activities.
• Help maintain controls and correct identified gaps.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a commercial discipline is required.
• Five years of direct oil and gas industry experience with purchasing or procurement experience is required.
