About the Role

- Assist team members with ongoing tasks, projects, and departmental initiatives as assigned
- Conduct basic research, data gathering, and analysis to support departmental objectives
- Prepare, update, and maintain accurate documentation, reports, presentations, and trackers
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and briefings, and capture key actions or learnings when required
- Follow all applicable company policies, procedures, safety standards, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate effectively with team members and cross functional stakeholders to support smooth workflow
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, time management, and a strong willingness to learn
- Maintain confidentiality and handle company information responsibly at all times
- Prepare and deliver a presentation at the end of the internship outlining the department overview, key learnings, and any new ideas, improvement opportunities, or recommendations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Systems Knowledge in Microsoft Office/365
