Responsibilities
- Develops and executes sales strategies for the UAE market to achieve revenue and market share objectives for flydubai Cargo
- Prepares sales tariffs for all flydubai Cargo products and services
- Provides exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identifies and pursues new business opportunities through market research and analysis
- Leads the negotiation of contracts and pricing with clients to generate sales and maximize profitability
- Represents flydubai Cargo at industry events and conferences
- Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to align and achieve common objectives
- Manages credit control in line with credit limit set by finance processes
- Utilizes a data driven approach to achieve sales targets and expand market share
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
- Fluent in English
- Professional Experience within the Aviation industry is favorable
- Experience with SkyChain would be an added advantage
- Years with qualifications: 4 6 years
- UAE Driving License

Main Objective of Role
- To drive revenue growth through the acquisition and retention of cargo customers, by adopting strategic, customer centric approach to identify, develop, and maintain strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and executes sales strategies for the UAE market, to achieve revenue and market share objectives for flydubai Cargo.
- Prepares sales tariffs for all flydubai Cargo products and services, ensuring rates are based on a solid, well developed business case.
- Provides exceptional customer service by understanding, and addressing customer needs, meeting their expectations.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identifies and pursues new business opportunities through market research, insights, customer analysis, market analysis.
- Leads the negotiation of contracts and pricing with clients to generate sales and maximize profitability.
- Represents flydubai Cargo at industry events and conferences, actively networking to build relationships and generate leads.
- Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to align and achieve common objectives and goals.
- Manages credit control in line with credit limit set by the flydubai Cargo/flydubai finance processes.
- Utilizes a data driven approach to achieve sales targets, expanding market share and enhancing the company’s reputation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
- Fluent in English
- Professional Experience within the Aviation industry is favorable.
- Experience with SkyChain would be an added advantage.
