About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled base maintenance (C checks, modifications, repairs) on aircraft in accordance with approved documentation and procedures
- Perform unscheduled base maintenance including troubleshooting and defect rectification
- Ensure all documentation including work cards, technical logs books, defect rectification and modifications are correctly completed
- Ensure all maintenance is carried out using correct tools, equipment, and procedures as per AMM and other approved documentation
- Raise Parts Requests for defects as required, ensuring associated spares are ordered and AMOS is accurate
- Support other flydubai maintenance events including line maintenance, minor maintenance and AOG recovery
- Support aircraft movements including towing, marshalling, docking, refueling and engine ground runs
- Report any issues affecting safety, quality, or performance to appropriate departments
- Promote the Safety Management System (SMS) and ensure a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
- Promote teamwork and clear communication between shifts, departments, and support functions
Requirements
- Associate Degree (2 years)
- Basic Aircraft Maintenance Training and a recognised Aircraft Maintenance Qualification
- Fluent in English
- 3 5 years of demonstrated experience in maintenance of commercial aircraft in a Line or Base Maintenance environment

Main Objective of Role
- To carry out and support a wide range of aircraft base maintenance activities such as inspections, troubleshooting, and defect rectification in accordance with approved maintenance data, ensuring aircraft are maintained to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities

- Supports other flydubai maintenance events including line maintenance, minor maintenance and Aircraft on Ground (AOG) recovery.

- Promotes the Safety Management System (SMS) and ensures a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Associate Degree (2 years).
- Basic Aircraft Maintenance Training and a recognised Aircraft Maintenance Qualification are required.
- Fluent in English.
- Demonstrated experience in the maintenance of commercial aircraft in a Line or Base Maintenance environment.
- Years with qualifications: 3 5 years.

ISR Requirements
