About the Role

  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing, planning, and executing comprehensive marketing and advertising strategies for the company and its real estate projects.
  • Oversee daily marketing operations, monitor team deliverables, analyze campaign performance, and ensure cross functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting seasonal marketing plans, media plans, and tactical advertising campaigns.
  • Translate high level marketing strategies into actionable tasks.
  • Overlook execution of monthly marketing calendar.
  • Synchronize workflows between internal teams and sales department.
  • Review all marketing collateral before final approval.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors.
  • Monitor CRM pipelines and customer feedback.
  • Track campaign metrics and analyze data for optimization.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Supervise marketing deliverables for launches and events.
  • Prepare weekly progress reports.
  • Assist with administrative preparation and presentation design.

Technical Skills

  • Proven ability to structure traditional and digital marketing plans.
  • Solid understanding of real estate customer journey.
  • Fundamental knowledge of digital advertising mechanics.
  • Practical experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Bitrix24, Salesforce).
  • Sharp eye for visual alignment and brand consistency.
  • Competency in managing content calendars and creative briefs.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of enterprise social media management and algorithms.

  • Minimum 3 years of dedicated real estate marketing experience.
  • Native fluency in Arabic; professional business fluency in English highly preferred.
