- Assist the Marketing Manager in drafting seasonal marketing plans, media plans, and tactical advertising campaigns for real estate projects
- Translate approved high level marketing strategies into clear, actionable tasks for the team
- Overlook the execution of the monthly marketing calendar, ensuring strict timeline adherence
- Synchronize workflows between internal content writers, graphic designers, performance marketers, corporate communications, and sales department
- Review all marketing collateral before final submission for Manager approval
- Coordinate with external creative/advertising agencies and print vendors
- Monitor CRM pipelines and customer feedback in collaboration with sales teams
- Keep track of ongoing campaign metrics, analyzing marketing data for optimization insights
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and product positioning within the real estate market
- Supervise marketing and promotional deliverables for property launches, exhibitions, and corporate events
- Prepare detailed weekly progress reports highlighting completed tasks, delayed deliverables, and resource recommendations
- Assist the Marketing Manager with administrative preparation, data compilation, presentation design, and operational brief summaries
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field
- 5 years of progressive experience in general marketing, with a focus on operations or project coordination
- Minimum of 3 years of dedicated marketing experience within real estate development, real estate brokerages, PropTech platforms, or specialized agencies handling real estate accounts
- Native fluency in Arabic; professional business fluency in English highly preferred
- Proven ability to structure traditional and digital marketing plans and media deployment workflows
- Practical experience navigating CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Bitrix24, Salesforce)
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
