About the Role

  • Lead, manage, and optimize the company’s digital marketing ecosystem and paid advertising campaigns across various real estate projects.
  • Focus on strategic campaign planning, budget management, performance optimization, and advanced data analytics to maximize lead quality.
  • Align digital marketing initiatives with sales targets to drive commercial growth and higher conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for real estate projects in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
  • Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google Search, Google Display, and other channels.
  • Define clear advertising objectives tailored to each project stage (Awareness, Traffic, Lead Generation, Retargeting, Conversion Optimization).
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently across channels based on daily and weekly performance.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, and Cost per Qualified Lead.
  • Oversee UTM tracking, Pixels, and Conversion Events; ensure tracking accuracy using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
  • Build and maintain interactive data dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, etc. to present performance to senior management.
  • Coordinate with sales and customer service teams to assess lead quality, monitor conversion funnel, and act on sales feedback.
  • Propose and optimize dedicated landing pages and lead forms to enhance digital customer experience from ad click to registration.
  • Execute advanced retargeting campaigns and build Lookalike/Custom audiences to capture high intent prospects.
  • Provide data driven creative briefs to content and design teams; spearhead A/B testing for ad copy, designs, videos, and landing pages.
  • Supervise and evaluate performance of external digital agencies, platforms, and vendors to ensure data transparency and ROI.

Technical Skills

  • Mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max).
  • Advanced proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Conversion API (CAPI), and complex tracking plan setup.
  • Ability to build performance dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, or equivalent tools.
  • Deep understanding of digital KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS) and ability to turn raw data into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience in generating high value leads and understanding the real estate customer journey.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Bitrix24, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and linking ad data to sales pipeline.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and SEM, including Google Keyword Planner and negative keyword strategies.
  • Competency in designing and executing structured A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
  • Ability to manage mid to large scale monthly budgets and interpret diverse attribution models.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of hands on experience in digital marketing with proven track record in paid performance campaigns.
  • Minimum of 3 years dedicated to Lead Generation campaigns, ideally within real estate or high ticket/long sales cycle industries.
  • Previous experience within real estate development companies, real estate brokerages, PropTech platforms, or digital performance agencies managing real estate portfolios.
  • Proven experience managing mid to large scale monthly ad budgets with demonstrable ROI data.
  • Professional fluency in both Arabic and English.
